I don't usually write poems these days but just wrote this little one a few months ago.
May love and light be so a part of me that it flows with no restraint
May grace be my default and selfish thoughts absent.
Let judgement never cross my mind, to weigh others down by sin.
Let bitterness fall, anger flee and shame not box me in.
Cause hope was found when I was lost and truth unbound my heart.
No longer
blind now I can see the beauty of the fathers love.
